Join us for our next Community Dinner At 12 West.

Since 2011, we have hosted an amazing dinner at 12 West, compliments of the doctor. This is a time that the community can discover what our mission is all about. They can also see what type of results we witness and most importantly why we're on fire about what we do. This is by far our most favorite event and our patients absolutely love it. Anyone is welcome to attend the event, although they must be registered. In addition to a great meal, anyone that would like to schedule their initial appointment will received a 60% discount, which is a great added bonus.
